What time are the sessions?
Monday/Friday: 6AM & 12PM
Wednesday: 5:30AM & 11:30AM
Is there a registration fee?
Yes! One time payment of $20. Includes a car decal & swim cap.
What is the duration of each sessions?
Monday/Friday: 60 minutes
Wednesday: 90 minutes
Do I need a membership?
NO, we use a "Pay as you go" system. Meaning that you only pay when you swim. There is no monthly or yearly membership.
What is the price of each session?
Group Swim Session $12 (when paying for 10) $17 individual
Is the pool heated?
YES! during winter the pool is kept at 80° during winter.
Is it an indoor pool?
It is not, no.
Is this program only for fast/experienced swimmers?
NO. Practices are designed to accommodate a wide range of ability levels while following a structured training plan designed by our coaches. You may find novice to highly experienced swimmers at any typical practice.
What do I need?
Recommended equipment includes but is not limited to: Suit, Goggles, Cap, Fins, Paddles, Pull Buoy., water bottle These items can be found at our team store
I want to try it out, but don't have any gear.
No gear, no problem! we'll ensure you have the equipment needed to complete the workout (fins, paddles, pull buoy)
What is the pool length?
It's a 25yd pool with 6 lanes!
Is there a limit of swimmers per session?
Yes, each session is strictly limited in number, which is a key to maintaining our great squad coaching atmosphere.
In what direction does a chicken swim?
Cluck-wise!
